программа информирования о создании безбарьерной среды
ОКОИ в сотрудничестве с городом-организатором обязан разработать программу информирования о создании безбарьерной среды, а также оптимизацию доступа к определенным культурным и развлекательным мероприятиям, гостевое/туристическое обслуживание для зрителей, спортсменов, официальных лиц, представителей СМИ и Паралимпийской Семьи. Кроме того, ОКОИ и город-организатор при планировании должны сосредоточить внимание на пропаганде Паралимпийских игр в целом и города-организатора, как места, полностью приспособленного для всех категорий людей с инвалидностью. В рамках данной программы город-организатор в сотрудничестве с ОКОИ должен издать путеводитель по безбарьерной среде города-организатора.

accessibility awareness program
OCOG, in cooperation with the Host City, is obliged to provide an accessibility awareness program, accessibility enhancement to specified cultural and entertainment attractions as well as visitor/tourist services for spectators, athletes, team officials, media and the Paralympic Family. Furthermore, the OCOG and the Host City should focus planning on the general promotion of the Paralympic Games and the city as an access friendly destination. Within the framework of this program, the City, in collaboration with the OCOG must produce an accessibility guide for the Host City.
